Wayne T. Hanson, a lifelong Freeborn County resident, passed away on April 4, 2020 at the age of 83.
A funeral service for Wayne will be held at a later date when it is safe for family and friends to gather.

Linda Louise Patschke, 83, of Kasson and formerly of New Richland, passed away peacefully on Saturday March 28, 2020. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Bonnerup Funeral Service is assisting the family.
Linda was born October 30, 1936 to Carl and Clara (Thofson) Knudson, the seventh of eight children. She grew up on the family farm near Hartland. She was a graduate of New Richland High School, class of 1954. She attended a year of college at the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis.
Linda was united in marriage to Carl Milo Patschke on February 24, 1958 in Nashua, IA at the Little Brown Church. They made their home in Hartland where they raised their two sons, Russ and Steve. The couple moved to New Richland in 1981. She worked as a nurse aide in the New Richland Care Center for over 25 years. She moved to Kasson in 2018.
Linda loved spending time with her family and friends. She always had great story to tell. She was an avid reader, enjoyed shopping, and decorating her house for every season and holiday.
Linda is survived by her sons Russell (Kristi) Patschke of Kasson, MN and Steven (Denise) Patschke of Bennett, CO, grandchildren Dylon and Shaylen of Bennett, CO and Kaylene and Milo of Kasson, MN, brothers and sister Ernie Knudson, Spring Park, MN Norlie Knudson, Hartland, MN and Janet McDermott Houston, TX, sister-in-law Elizabeth Knudson, Hartland, MN.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Carl, brothers and sister Kernel, Alert, Curt, and Ellie, brothers-in-law Charles, Corry and Harold, sisters-in-law Lillian, Arlene, Betty and Nora.

Remembering the life of Evelyn “Evie” M. Toft….
Private Services for Evelyn “Evie” M. Toft of Ellendale will be held at First Lutheran Church in Ellendale, Minnesota. Pastor Richard Sliper will officiate. Interment will be in First Lutheran Cemetery.
Evelyn died on Monday, March 16, 2020 at Thorne Crest Senior Living in Albert Lea.
Evelyn was born on April 25, 1927, in Wadena, MN the daughter of Bernard and Bertha (Martin) Hoffman. She attended country school through the 8th grade. She then became nanny/housekeeper for a Wadena attorney, moving into town so she could continue her education, graduating from Wadena High School. She later moved to southern Minnesota, where she lived at the Women’s Club in Albert Lea.
Evie met her soulmate Kenneth Toft in September of 1950 and one month later on October 7, 1950, there were married in Albert Lea. They shared 63 beautiful years together, many of them on a farm in rural Ellendale, before Kenneth died in 2013.
Evie enjoyed being a farm wife, raising her two boys, working in the yard, gardening , cooking and baking. After retiring, Evie and Kenneth had opportunity to travel and see some of our countries amazing sights.

Dale E. Bartness, age 82, of Walters, died Tuesday, March 24, 2020 at Mayo Clinic Health System-Mankato.
A memorial service and celebration of life will be held at a later date. Due to state and federal guidance on social gatherings due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the family will be waiting to have a service for Dale when social gathering mandates have been lifted. Della Mae Morley, 87, of New Richland and formerly of Owatonna, died Wednesday, March 4, 2020 at New Richland Care Center.
She was born February 14, 1933 in Lemond Township, Minnesota the daughter of Walter and Margaret (Utpadel) Willert. She graduated from Owatonna High School, Class of 1951. She worked at Jefferson Bus Co. in Minneapolis as a bookkeeper, Jostens during the 1960's, and Central Coop Oil, Co. from 1970-1982. She married Frank Morley on March 1, 1975 in Owatonna.
She enjoyed antique shopping, gardening, traveling with Frank and helping her Mother and Father.
She is survived by her 1st cousins, Doris Krause of New Richland, Dave Matson of Devils Lake, ND and Karen Hines of Owatonna; nieces, Laura (Shane) Zvorak of Owatonna, Lisa (Steve) Kluver of Albert Lea and Kari Lynn of Faribault; nephew, Danny (Maggie Willert of Geneva; sister-in-law, Diane Willert of Owatonna and 2nd cousin, Jim Krause of Hope.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Frank Morley and brothers, Dale Willert and Glen (Beverly) Willert.
Visitation will be at Michaelson Funeral Home on Saturday from 10-11 a.m. Funeral services will be held March 7, 2020 at 11a.m. at Michaelson Funeral Home with Pastor Dave Klawiter officiating. Interment will be in the Zion Lutheran Church Cemetery in Lemond Township.
