Donna Mae Rohwer, 88, of Dodge Center, MN passed away on Tuesday, June 8, 2021, at the Seasons Hospice House in Rochester, MN.
Donna was born on August 30, 1932, in Harrison County, IA to James and Eunice (Girton) Mickey. Donna attended schools at Aitkin, Grand Meadow, and District “39” in Dodge County. She graduated in 1950 from Dodge Center High School. She married Kenneth Eugene Rohwer on November 30, 1952. Together they had four children, Kevin, Nancy, David, and Julie. They made their home on the farm near Dodge Center, until they retired and moved to town. Ken preceded her in death on February 20, 2020.
Donna was a devoted member of United Methodist Church in Dodge Center. She was also a member of the Fairview Nursing Home auxiliary for many years. Donna enjoyed traveling with Ken and spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
Donna is survived by her children, Kevin (Bev) Rohwer of Dodge Center, MN; Nancy (Arlan) Symens of Fergus Falls, MN; Julie (Steve) Templin of New Richland, MN; grandchildren, William (Ashley), Matthew (Bobbi), and Kristal Rohwer; 4 great grandchildren, Braydon, Patrick, Morgan, and Adie; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Kenneth; infant son, David; siblings, Harlan Mickey, Dwight Mickey, James Mickey, Mary Louise Bartlett, and Dorothy Wiederholt.

Kristine Kay Neumann passed away on October 10, 2020 at Methodist’s Hospital in Rochester, MN at the end of her decades long battle with an auto immune disorder at the age of 62.
Kris was born in Owatonna, MN on October 19, 1957 and attended school there until her family’s relocation to New Richland, MN when she was 10 years of age. She graduated from New Richland Hartland High School in 1976. Kris worked as a runway model, an executive assistant for B. Michael Stuppy Seminars, and was a Clinic Office Supervisor at Northwestern College of Chiropractic. She attended Austin Community College, Mankato and St. Cloud State colleges prior to obtaining an Associate Degree in Applied Science from Normandale Community College, graduating with honors in 1991. Kris received special recognition as Dietary Technician of the year in 1994 and was President of the Minnesota Technical Practice in Dietetics 1994-1995. She was active in her community and was a registered EMT. After working in the School of Public Health in the Epidemiology Research Department at the University of Minnesota, she began her twenty four year career at Mayo Medical Center in Rochester MN as a registered Dietetic Technician.
Kris enjoyed any and all time she could spend with her family. Special times included the holidays at the farm, family birthdays, and summertime sunsets. She was a University of Minnesota Extension Service Master Gardener and her hobbies included garden landscaping and tending her beautiful flower gardens. She enjoyed family road trips, stained glass, reading and all things old and beautiful. It has been said that no one could work the magic of lemon oil and Murphy’s Soap on antique furniture and wood ceilings as well as her.

Paul Robert Stollard, age 78, of Geneva, passed away on June 8, 2021.
He received his diploma from Benson High School in Omaha, Nebraska in 1961 and graduated from Austin Jr. College. Following schooling, he joined the MN department transportation as an inspector in road construction and in 1981 he joined Ulland Brothers where he held varies roles and retiring in 2005.
Paul enjoyed riding his motorcycle, fishing, and spending time outdoors. He also liked watching his grandkids in activities, was an avid Mavericks fan and a family man.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Ted and Ruth Stollard and great-grand daughter, Ella Turvold.
Paul is survived by his wife, Diane; children, Tim (Michelle) and Tara (Tomm) Richards; grandchildren, Tristan Richards, Taya (Jordan Turvold) Richards, Torey Richards, Tiegen Richards, Trevin Stollard, Derek Rothmeier and Alexis Rothmeier; great-grandchildren, Blakely Turvold, Mila Rothmeier, Maci Rothmeier and Millie Rothmeier; sister, Barb Rennert.
Visitation 5-8 PM, Sunday, June 13, 2021 at Bonnerup Funeral Home, Albert Lea, MN. Funeral Service 11 AM, Monday, June 14, 2021 at Community Lutheran Church, Geneva, MN with visitation one-hour prior. Burial will be held at Geneva Cemetery.

This is a story of Corrine Jean (Prestegard) Miller. Corrine was a wonderful woman that will be missed and will always be cherished. She was a wonderful and loving wife, Mom, Grandma, Great Grandma and Great-great Grandma and a baker of pies like no other could. Corrine died peacefully on Sunday morning, April 25, 2021 at Abbott Hospital, Mpls, MN
Corrine was born in Owatonna, MN on September 20, 1934, the middle child to Evelyn and Julian Prestegard. She graduated from Owatonna High School in 1952. Because of her love of dancing, she went to the Monterey Ballroom in Owatonna and met a handsome sailor on leave. Corrine married Robert F. Miller on August 28, 1954 in Owatonna. Shortly after that they moved to New Richland, MN where they were blessed with five children. They raised them on a fun-loving farm which became the favorite gathering location for family get togethers. Nobody ever went hungry because she was a marvelous cook, especially being noted as the “Dessert Queen.” In the early 80’s they moved off the farm to Waseca, MN. After the passing of Robert in 2003, she relocated back to her roots in Owatonna, MN.
Corrine worked at the New Richland Co-Op, EF Johnson’s, and her last role was at the Waseca County Courthouse as the County Zoning Administrator. She later worked part-time at Diamond Jo’s where she enjoyed meeting more new people.
Corrine’s love and zest in life was baking, dancing, socializing with others and most of all spending special time with her family.

Janet May Loken, age 76, of Owatonna, MN died Tuesday, June 1, 2021, at Allina Health in Owatonna, MN. A memorial service was held Saturday, June 5, 2021, at Le Sueur River Lutheran Church in New Richland, MN at 11 a.m. Visitation was held at the church one hour prior to the service at the church. Pastor Dan Kordahl officiated and buria was in the church cemetery. The family prefers memorials to Le Sueur Ricer Lutheran Church or Hospice. Janet was born April 16, 1945, the daughter of George and Sadie (Palm) Jenson. She graduated from New Richland High School in 1964. She married her high school sweetheart, Donald Loken on February 8, 1969, at Le Sueur River Lutheran Church. Janet worked at EF Johnson, established Jan’s Crafts, served as Executive Director for Minnesota Land Improvement Contractors of America, all while serving with unwavering support for the family business with her husband Don, at Loken Drainage. Janet was a faithful servant at Le Sueur River Lutheran Church for many years. Janet served as President of the Ladies Aid, Church Treasurer and more. Janet grew up in North Dakota and Minnesota, and lived in Michigan before returning to Minnesota. Janet was known for her love of card games, simple yet delicious cooking and baking, a confidant and her positivity. She lovingly cared for her family, children and grandchildren. Janet was known to always have a listening ear and to always shower others with favor and grace. She was known to arrive at every family potluck with more than always asked to bring, followed by pans of desserts for all to enjoy.
