Faye was a member of the St Peter Evangelical Lutheran Church and the Sno-Birds Snowmobile Club. She enjoyed cooking and baking and always had something ready for family and friends who came over. She loved coffee with the “three musketeers’” and pro sports, especially the Packers and Twins. Faye was a strong hearted person who always thought of others, had a great sense of humor and loved to spend time with her grandchildren.
Faye is survived by her children; Linda (Warren) Johannsen of Twin Lakes, MN, Larry Swenson of St Paul, MN, Terrie (Larry) Crabtree of New Richland, MN, Gordy (Carol) Swenson of Trenton, MO, Brian (Diane) Swenson of St Cloud, MN, Gerald (Lisa) Swenson of Red Wing, MN. Grandchildren include; Leigh (Lori) Johannsen, Jeremy (Nicole) Johannsen, Ryan (Amy) Crabtree, Stacy (Chris) Warnke, Nichole (Jordan) Reaves, Brandon Swenson, Jenny Swenson, Jamie Swenson, Athena Swenson, Brittney Swenson, Joshua Swenson, Tyler Swenson, Colton Swenson and Michael Swenson. Great grandchildren include; Tanner Johannsen, Neaven Johannsen, River Johannsen, Ryder Johannsen, (step great grand; Elizabeth Swan and David Nealy), Aiden and Jase Crabtree, Madison Warnke, Lauren and Alex Reaves, Damon and Blake Eustice, Addison Peterson, Hayden Swenson and Sunjae Swenson. One sister survives; Fern Klampe of Waseca, MN.
Faye was preceded in death by her parents, husband George, sister Mable, brothers Allan and Lester and brothers in law David Swenson and Victor Swenson.
