The Panthers traveled to Maple River Monday, May 6 for the True Team Section Meet. They finished 11th among 13 schools. Blue Earth Area won.
The highlights belonged to Schiltz and Schiltz alone, as he won the 1600 in 4:33.06 — breaking his own school record, again — and winning the 3200 with a time of 10:00.27.
“T.J. was the only Panther boy to finish in the top six in an event,” said Ferber. “That shows how tough our section really is. It was a perfect night to compete. Many kids had personal records.”
