Taking third was the 300 hurdles team of Schuller, Hobbs and Shantaya Olson. Eder, Ulrich and Wacholz combined for fourth in shot put while Eder, Ulrich and Cole were fifth in the discus. Destinee Meyer, Crystal Olson, Shantaya Olson and Kristy Possin placed sixth in the 4x800.
The NRHEG boys finished sixth with 57 points. Maple River won with 87. JWP was second with 81.
Placing second for the Panther boys: pole vault (Tyler Holz, Cordell Peterson, E.J. Peden); distance medley (Raece Johnson, Tyler Schlaak, John Cole, T.J. Schiltz).
Thirds: 4x200 (Ross Chester, Geoff Ramaker, Karter Sletten, Raece Johnson); 4x100 (Chester, Ramaker, Johnson, Jade Waltz); discus (Keith Maxon, Todd Erickson, Kevin Kalis).
Fourths: 4x800 (Tyler Raimann, Tyler Holz, Sletten, Hans Frank); 300 hurdles (Hunter Ryg, Schiltz, Waltz); long jump (Chester, Waltz, Nathan Wallin).
Fifths: shot put (Jacob Tonkin, Erickson, Maxon); 1600 (Cole, Schlaak, Schiltz); high jump (Schiltz, Frank, Schlaak).
“The boys competed well tonight,” said Ferber. “We are not well equipped for a relay meet. We performed well considering the cold conditions.”
The Panthers compete Tuesday, April 24 at Maple River.
