Linda Louise Patschke, 83 of Kasson, formerly of New Richland, passed away peacefully on Saturday March 28, 2020. 

Graveside Service will be Friday, August 14th at St. Peter Cemetery in New Richland. Visitation will be at the cemetery from 1:30 pm – 2:00pm. Bonnerup Funeral Home is helping the family. www.BonnerupFuneralService.com

Linda was born October 30, 1936 to Carl and Clara (Thofson) Knudson.  The 7th of 8 children.  She grew up on the family farm near Hartland.  She was a graduate of New Richland High School, class of 1954.  She attended a year of college at the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis.

Linda was united in marriage to Carl Milo Patschke on February 24, 1958 in Nashua, IA at the Little Brown Church. They made their home in Hartland where they raised their two sons, Russ and Steve.  The couple moved to New Richland in 1981.  She worked as a nurse aide in the New Richland Care Center for over 25 years. She moved to Kasson in 2018.

Linda loved spending time with her family and friends.  She always had great story to tell.  She was an avid reader, enjoyed shopping, and decorating her house for every season and holiday. 

Linda is survived by her sons Russell (Kristi) Patschke of Kasson, MN and Steven (Denise) Patschke of Bennett, CO, grandchildren Dylon and Shaylen of Bennett, CO and Kaylene and Milo of Kasson, MN, brothers and sister Ernie Knudson, Spring Park, MN Norlie Knudson, Hartland, MN and Janet McDermott Houston, TX, sister-in-law Elizabeth Knudson, Hartland, MN.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Carl, brothers and sister Kernel, Alert, Curt, and Ellie, brothers-in-law Charles, Corry and Harold, sisters-in-law Lillian, Arlene, Betty and Nora.
