Gladys Irene Miskoff, age 90, of Hutchinson, Minnesota, passed away Friday, November 28, 2014, at the Golden Living Center in Excelsior, Minnesota. A Graveside Service was held Friday, December 5, 2014, at 1:00 p.m. at the Freeborn Cemetery in Freeborn, Minnesota.

Gladys Irene Miskoff was born on August 8, 1924, in Freeborn, Minnesota. She was the daughter of George and Julia (Jacobson) Hinkley. Gladys was baptized as an infant and was later confirmed in her faith as a youth. She received her education in Freeborn, and was a graduate of the Freeborn High School class of 1942.
On July 24, 1944, Gladys was united in marriage to William Miskoff at the parsonage in Tucson, Arizona. This marriage was blessed with one daughter, Sharon Kay Miskoff. Gladys and William Miskoff resided Hutchinson, Minnesota. They shared 70 years of marriage.Gladys was a loving wife, mother, grandmother. She was a member of First Congregational United Church of Christ in Hutchinson, where she proudly served for many church functions. Gladys was a former member of Freeborn Congregational United Church of Christ in Freeborn. She was also a member of several card clubs in her earlier years.
Gladys enjoyed playing cards, baking and cooking. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family and babysitting her great-grandchildren.
Gladys passed away Friday, November 28, 2014, at the Golden Living Center in Excelsior, Minnesota, at the age of 90 years.

Gladys is survived by her husband, William Miskoff of Hutchinson, MN; grandchildren, Michael Brady (Cassidy) of Boulder, CO, Briten Gilbertson (Cassie) of Prior Lake, MN and Natasha Zahler of Cambridge, MN; great-grandchildren, Zackary, Noah and Hannah Zahler, Caden, Gavin and Mason Gilbertson; along with many other relatives and friends.
Gladys is preceded in death by her parents, George and Julia Hinkley; daughter, Sharon Gilbertson; brothers, Vernon Hinkley and his wife, Alice, Floyd Hinkley and his wife, Doris, Irving Hinkley, Raymond Hinkley; sisters, Eleanor Fjone and Iva Mae Proehl; brother-In-law, Wallace Fjone.
