Adam Edwin Bahlmann, age 26, of Waseca died on Monday, September 23, 2013 at his home.
Born on May 22, 1987 in Waseca, Minnesota. He was the son of Rebecca Mueller and Bruce Bahlmann. He graduated from Waseca High School in 2006 and from the University of Minnesota-Duluth in 2011 with a B.S. Degree in Exercise Science. Following his schooling, Adam worked at Target in Owatonna for a year and was currently employed at Mediacom as a dispatcher. He also worked part-time doing lawn care for Gary Owens. Adam enjoyed physical activities including weight lifting, basketball, ultimate frisbee and all sports. He also enjoyed fantasy football and watching sports on TV. He was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Waseca.
Adam is survived by his mother, Rebecca Mueller of Waseca; one brother, Immanuel (Victoria) Mueller of Nicollet; his father, Bruce Bahlmann of Owatonna; maternal grandmother, Anna Mae Bahlmann of Nashua, IA; and aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Immanuel and Malena Mueller, paternal grandfather, Elmer Bahlmann, and cousins, Matthew and William Mueller.
Visitation will be held at Dennis Funeral & Cremation Services in Waseca on Friday, September 27, 2013 from 4-7 p.m. and continue on Saturday, one hour before services at the church.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 28, 2013 at 11 a.m. at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Waseca with Rev. David Baumgarn officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Epilepsy Foundation.
