Common Good RSVP (Retired and Senior Volunteer Program), along with Catholic Charities of Winona, is offering a 10-week health and wellness program to residents 55 and over. The program, developed by the National Council on Aging  is called the  Aging Mastery Program®.

The goal of this program is to empower older adults to make and maintain small but impactful changes in their lives that lead to improved health, stronger economic security, enhanced well-being, and increased social participation.

This is an opportunity for older adults to participate in, and reap the benefits of, this grant-driven wellness program.  Class is limited to 15 adults (ages 55+) .

Join us for an informational meeting on Wednesday, Aug. 24 at 10 a.m. in the Royal Villa conference room, 221 NE 1st St., New Richland. Come and receive additional details and learn how to register for the Aging Mastery Program, which will begin Wednesday, September 7th. Refreshments will be provided.
